• Time Frame: Customers have 5 days from the date of receiving their order to inspect their items and report any damages or defects. After 5 days, we will assume the products were delivered in good condition.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

2. Eligibility for Return and Refund

• Damaged Items: If an item is reported as damaged within the 5-day time frame, and the damage is verified by our team, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on stock availability and the customer’s preference.
• Non-Damaged Items: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not damaged, unless explicitly stated in the product description (e.g., if an item is marked as final sale or non-refundable).

3. Consumer-Caused Damages

• After Receiving the Product: Any damage caused to the product by the customer after purchase and receipt (e.g., improper handling, washing, or usage) will not be eligible for return or refund.
